Application and measuring principle
MICROLEVEL combines electronic inclination measurement with a frame-level geometry. It measures horizontally and vertically on planes and shafts and is used during manufacture, installation and monitoring of machines. Absolute/relative modes, longitudinal/cross inclination and hold support various inspection sequences.
Design and technical features
The stable cast body has four finely ground measuring surfaces. The illuminated colour display shows value, direction, cross inclination and active functions. Thirteen units, temperature compensation, tolerance band, semi-automatic calibration, USB and Bluetooth are included.
Selecting the suitable version
The frame version measures 150 × 150 × 42 mm. Resolution is 20 µm/m for inclination and 3 µm/m for flatness; range is ±15° (about ±261 mm/m). The error limit is specified to DIN 2276-2.
Practical use, handling and calibration
The MICROLEVEL Control app provides smartphone display and remote control with Excel export. Clean surfaces, temperature equalisation and stable support are essential. Ballbach supports application, software, repair and calibration.
