Application and measuring principle
ClinoBevel 1 is a compact universal instrument for direct inclination measurements and differential measurements. Four precisely machined bases around the housing permit use in every quadrant for machine installation, assembly and geometry inspection.
Design and technical features
The splash-resistant housing withstands typical workshop chemicals. Range is ±45°. Units include degrees, degrees/minutes, mm/m, inch/10 or /12, milliradian, artillery mil and relative units. Resolution is 0.025 mm/m, repeatability <0.1 mm/m.
Selecting the suitable version
Ballbach version 6069002 includes ClinoBevel 1 USB, ClinoSoft, USB stick and USB-RS-485 cable. Dimensions are approximately 100 × 75 × 30 mm.
Practical use, handling and calibration
Clean the selected base and allow thermal equalisation. Absolute and relative modes support direct alignment and comparison. Supplied with battery, SCS certificate, software and cable in a case; Ballbach provides calibration and service.
