Applications and measuring tasks
Linear Height LH-600F combines conventional height and diameter measurement with advanced 2D, angle, straightness and squareness functions. Graphic guidance and stored part programs simplify complex or recurring routines.
Measuring system and technical design
The instrument covers up to 977 mm with 600 mm travel. Minimum resolution is 0.0001 mm and the error limit is ±(1.1 + 0.6L/600) µm. Pneumatic drive supports uniform measuring movement.
Operation, evaluation and data output
The hybrid controller combines touchscreen and membrane keypad. Results can be output by Digimatic, wireless communication, USB cable or USB stick and documented on receipt or Digimatic printers. GO/±NG comparisons are visualised.
Versions, accessories and Ballbach service
The accessory family includes carriers, coaxial and eccentric ball and disc probes, depth probes, CMM adapters, printers, cables, battery and setting standards. Ballbach assists with task-specific configuration.
