Servicefreundlicher Aufbau für Messanlagen
Det-Messtaster sind besonders für Messanlagen geeignet, bei denen ein fest angeschlossenes langes Kabel den Ein- und Ausbau erschwert. Der Taster kann von der Leitung getrennt werden. Das vereinfacht Wartung, Austausch und Kalibrierung erheblich.
Zwei Ausführungen
GT 22-Det bietet ±1 mm Messbereich, GT 28-Det ±2 mm bei größerem Freihub. Beide Ausführungen besitzen radialen Kabelausgang und pneumatische Messbolzenabhebung über Vakuum.
Separates Anschlusskabel
Die Anschlusskabel gehören nicht zum Lieferumfang und werden passend in 2 oder 5 m Länge ausgewählt. Kundenspezifische Leitungslängen und Steckerausführungen sind ebenfalls möglich.
Ballbach customised versions and service
On request, the connecting cable can be fitted directly to the probe in a customer-specific length. Alternative connector types and pin assignments are also possible, including four-pole sensor connectors as used for DC PLC probes. Ballbach offers repair and DAkkS calibration within the accredited scope.
