Application and measuring principle

Digital Mitutoyo depth caliper with ABSOLUTE system and hardened measuring bridge.

Calipers measure dimensions directly between the measuring faces or by means of a depth rod or measuring bridge. Depending on the design, external, internal, step and depth dimensions can be checked quickly.

Versions and technical selection

The main selection criteria are measuring range, resolution or scale division, measuring geometry, measuring depth and, where applicable, data output. The item variants are compared below with their technical values.
