Application and operating principle
Series 570 combines precise height measurement and scribing with an ABSOLUTE linear scale. The stored origin remains available after power-on, reducing setup time in repeated workshop measurements.
Functions
Frequently used measuring functions, preset and tolerance judgement support efficient inspection. The fixed LCD is easy to read; a carbide-tipped scriber is supplied.
Measuring ranges and accuracy
The Ballbach range includes 300 and 600 mm versions. Resolution is 0.01 mm; the maximum permissible error is shown for each model.

The scriber and mounting accessories used with Series 192/570 are linked to this family as well and appear after the main gauges.
