Application and measuring principle
The carriage moves along a high-precision guide. A probe detects deviation from the reference face and results are displayed quickly on the TWIN-T10.
Technical design
MICRO-SQUARE 350 and 600 cover 360 and 610 mm. Both achieve 0.5 µm repeatability; squareness deviation limits are 1.5 and 2.4 µm. Resolution with TWIN-T10 is 0.1 µm.
Instruments and sets
Instrument versions include MICRO-SQUARE and SCS calibration certificate. Sets add TWIN-T10, GT31 probe and key.
Accessories and advice
Accessories include a 200 mm probe holder, angle inspection station and cylindrical stylus. Ballbach assists with configuration and calibration.
