Applications and measuring tasks
TESA µ-HITE is designed for small workpieces, low measuring forces and high-precision comparative measurement. It measures external, internal, height, depth, step and distance features and automatically detects reversal points. Depending on setup it also checks straightness, flatness, parallelism and runout.
Measuring system and technical design
The motorised head measures axially and coaxially according to Abbe or radially offset. Span is 100 mm with a 1 µm axial and 2 µm radial error limit. Repeatability, temperature sensor and selectable force support reliable results.
Operation, evaluation and data output
The Power Panel offers memory, max/min/range functions and automatic value capture at stable force. USB and TLC-Twin interfaces transfer results, while three motor speeds support sensitive or fast probing.
Versions, accessories and Ballbach service
Complete system 5060002 includes panel, granite table, axial and radial inserts, reference and accessories. Family 5061 contains holders, inserts and foot switch. Ballbach provides advice, repair and calibration.
