Applications and measuring tasks
MICRO-HITE covers height, depth, step, distance, internal and external measurements in one or two coordinate directions. Reversal points are detected automatically; dynamic max, min and range functions support form and position checks. IG13 enables squareness, straightness, parallelism and runout evaluation.
Measuring system and technical design
Manual versions are available with 365, 615 or 920 mm span. The TESA Opto-µ system provides an error limit of 2 + 2L/1000 µm and repeatability to 1 µm. Cast-iron base, air cushion and stable guidance suit production use.
Operation, evaluation and data output
The hybrid panel supports touchscreen or keypad operation. QUICKCENTER, context help, calculator, programs, screenshots and clear results simplify work. Data can be stored on USB, printed or sent by TLC to DATA-DIRECT or STAT-EXPRESS.
Versions, accessories and Ballbach service
MH 3, MH 6 and MH 9 differ in span and size. USB printer, battery, power supply and holder are assigned directly; further probes and IG13 components are listed in accessory families at the end.
