Applications and measuring tasks
QM-Height is designed for recurring 1D measuring tasks in workshop and quality control. Height, internal and external diameter, pitch and max/min/TIR functions can be called directly, while stored part programs guide repeat routines.
Measuring system and technical design
The high-accuracy ABSOLUTE scale retains absolute position. Versions cover 350 or 600 mm and are available with fixed base or air cushion. Resolution can be selected between 0.001 and 0.005 mm.
Operation, evaluation and data output
The fixed control panel supports GO/±NG tolerance decisions, preset and data storage. Long battery life enables largely cordless operation; accessories provide data transfer and printing.
Versions, accessories and Ballbach service
Four versions cover two ranges, each with or without air cushion. The separate accessory family includes probe carriers, inserts, printer and data components. Ballbach supports configuration and calibration.
