Robuste Universalmesstaster für Vorrichtungen und Messanlagen
Die Universalmesstaster der Baureihen GT und GTL sind unempfindlich gegen seitliche Kräfte, Temperaturschwankungen und Magneteinflüsse. Der zylindrische Schaft Ø 8 mm kann über seine gesamte Länge geklemmt werden. Die untere Endlage des Messbolzens ist einstellbar, sodass Anhub und Messhub an die Messaufgabe angepasst werden können.
Auswechselbare Messeinsätze und Schutz gegen Fertigungsumgebung
Die Taster werden mit Hartmetall-Messeinsatz, Kugel Ø 3 mm und Anschlussgewinde M 2,5 geliefert. Weitere Messeinsätze können eingesetzt werden. Nitril- beziehungsweise Vitonbälge schützen gegen Flüssigkeiten und Staub.
Messkraft und Genauigkeit
Durch Austausch der Messkraftfeder sind Messkräfte von 1 N, 1,6 N, 2,5 N oder 4 N möglich. Anzeigebereich, Wiederholgrenze und Linearitätsabweichung sind bei jeder Ausführung direkt im Artikeldetail angegeben.
Ballbach customised versions and service
On request, the connecting cable can be fitted directly to the probe in a customer-specific length. Alternative connector types and pin assignments are also possible, including four-pole sensor connectors as used for DC PLC probes. Ballbach offers repair and DAkkS calibration within the accredited scope.
