Für Messstellen, die Axialtaster nicht erreichen
Der GT 31 besitzt einen winkelbeweglichen Messeinsatz und eignet sich für Messungen in zwei Richtungen. Er ist besonders dort vorteilhaft, wo längsbewegliche Messbolzen von Axialmesstastern hinderlich sind.
Kugelgelagertes Hebelsystem und Kollisionsschutz
Das kugelgelagerte Hebelsystem ist masseausgeglichen. Der Messeinsatz kann um 180° geschwenkt werden. Zwei Rutschkupplungen schützen das Gerät bei Kollisionen; zwei Schwalbenschwanzleisten sind direkt in das Gehäuse integriert.
Messrichtung und Winkelfehler
Bei paralleler Stellung des Messeinsatzes zur Werkstückfläche beträgt die Übersetzung 1:1. Bei abweichender Winkellage verändert sich die wirksame Hebellänge; der Messwert muss entsprechend der Gebrauchsanleitung korrigiert werden.

Einteilige und zweiteilige Messeinsätze mit Hartmetallkugeln sowie die Befestigungsbride sind direkt bei der Familie aufgeführt.
Ballbach customised versions and service
On request, the connecting cable can be fitted directly to the probe in a customer-specific length. Alternative connector types and pin assignments are also possible, including four-pole sensor connectors as used for DC PLC probes. Ballbach offers repair and DAkkS calibration within the accredited scope.
