Messsignale für Steuerung und Datenerfassung
Die M4P-3 wandelt Signale von bis zu vier TESA-Induktivmesstastern in analoge Ausgangssignale um. Der Sub-D-9-polige Ausgang kann mit einer SPS oder einem A/D-Wandler zur PC-Datenerfassung verbunden werden.
Mehrstellen-Messeinrichtungen
Ein Modul arbeitet direkt mit vier Messtastern. Mehrere M4P-3 lassen sich schnell auf einer DIN-Schiene kombinieren und eignen sich damit für Mehrstellen-Messvorrichtungen und automatisierte Prüfaufgaben.
Verstärkung und Reaktionszeit
Das nominale Ausgangssignal beträgt bei 100 µm Hub und Verstärkung 1 V/mm insgesamt 100 mV. Die Verstärkung kann auf 2,5, 5 oder 10 V/mm eingestellt werden. Die Schnittstelle reagiert schnell und ist in einem stabilen Metallgehäuse aufgebaut.
Versorgung
Die Box kann extern mit 24 VDC beziehungsweise ±9 VDC oder über das separat erhältliche Netzteil versorgt werden. Pro Schnittstelle werden mindestens 0,1 A benötigt.
Kompatible Messtaster
Geeignet sind zahlreiche TESA-Taster der Baureihen GT, GTL und FMS. Ballbach unterstützt bei Auswahl, Anschlussbelegung und Integration in SPS- oder PC-Systeme.
